FORT WORTH, Texas – February 8, 2012 – Today Southwest Bank announced the hiring of Jane Romine as senior vice president—underwriting and loan policy manager. Romine, who has more than 30 years of commercial banking experience, will office at Southwest Bank’s Fort Worth Operations Center and be responsible for the organization’s commercial credit underwriting and loan policy.

Prior to joining Southwest Bank, Romine was at Wells Fargo for nineteen years, most recently serving as a Learning and Development Consultant in the College of Commercial Credit. Romine is a summa cum laude graduate of Texas Christian University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance.
