BILL PAY UPGRADE

To bring you the best possible online banking experience, we are upgrading our Bill Pay service. Beginning May 28th, you will see new user-friendly features.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

You'll be able to log in to the new system the same as before, but you'll immediately notice the easier navigation to Bill Pay and a more user-friendly interface.

  • New Bill Payment Widget on the Account Summary page
  • New Payee information screen when accessing Bill Pay

WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE?

  • No action is required to begin using the new features effective May 28th.
  • All of your current bills, pending payments, payees, payment history, eBills, and recurring payment schedules remain unchanged.
  • If you use nicknames for any of your payees, make sure each name is unique and less than 25 characters - this will allow an easier transition within the upgraded layout.
