Trust Operations Assistant I

General responsibilities : 

Provide support to the trust operations department including processing customer transactions, update customer information on accounting system, asset setup/maintenance and trade settlement.

Basic qualifications: 

Education Requirement:  High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 

Experience Requirement:  2-3 years administrative assistant/clerical support experience.  Trust experience preferred.

Skill Requirement:  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with SEI preferred.  Must have strong organizational skills and have the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.  Strong communication skills both verbal and written are also required.  Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks, working in a stressful and fast paced environment and handling frequent interruptions.
