General responsibilities : 

Assists the Production Manager and Account Executive(s) with client tracking, travel priorities, and customer communications. Maintains the department database of referral sources and assists with updating customer relationship notes.

Basic qualifications: 

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field.

Experience Requirement: 1-3 years financial services experience which includes at least 1 year in a financial sales environment with emphasis on client communications and reporting. Mortgage Banking experience preferred.

Skill Requirement: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs as well as relationship management systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills. Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks, working in a stressful and fast-paced environment, and handling frequent interruptions.
